The City of Salmon Arm will be enforcing paid parking near City Hall and the Cenotaph area, starting August 15, with some additional paid parking meters to be located along Okanagan Ave East and 2nd Ave NE.
Ticket machines are installed and ready for use, but the city is offering a grace period.
People may see courtesy notices for the purpose of getting familiar with the new system.
Until then, there are no fines. However, be prepared to pay come August 15.
