A garage door in Blind Bay was left left severely damaged after a driver hit the residence, and then drove off.
Salmon Arm RCMP received a report during the evening of Sept. 11, from someone who witnesses the incident. According to the report, the vehicle missed a corner, proceeding to hit a garage of the residence and then sped off at high speeds in the 2500 block of Golf Course Drive in Blind Bay.
Police believe the suspect vehicle is a red Jeep.
If anyone has home security camera footage, dash cam footage in the area of Golf Course Drive or any information from 9:55 p.m. on Sept. 11, 2025, is asked to contact Salmon Arm RCMP.
The garage has since been secured and repaired.
