Hundreds of people doing burnouts in industrial area

The Salmon Arm RCMP received a report of a vehicle doing burnouts at 48th Ave SE at 7 p.m. on Sept. 6.

When the police arrived at the industrial area, they said they observed over 100 vehicles and over 200 people. A large black area on the road was apparent. Most of the people left when the police showed up.

The RCMP said it was unclear who had organized the gathering.
