28 Street SE, between Auto Road and 6 Ave. SE, will be closed on Aug 11 until Aug 13, from 7 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. daily, with only local traffic permitted to drive through as the City of Salmon Arm Public Works Department completes an underground storm upgrade.
