The District of Sicamous is inviting the public to participate in Rail Trail Readiness Virtual Workshops next month.
The workshops, hosted by Community Futures North Okanagan, highlight opportunities for local businesses to grow as the rail trail nears completion.
The District said the virtual sessions will focus on the Rail Trail Readiness Guidebook, a resource for businesses by delving into the trail’s economy, trail user persona and business opportunity mapping.
The sessions will take place on Feb. 20 and Feb. 23 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Those interested can register online through the District of Sicamous website or on Eventbrite.
