Early bird gets the paddle! CSRD opens pickleball courts ahead of schedule

Who knew hockey and pickleball could be played in the same season?

The nets, usually installed April 1, are already up this year thanks to an early effort by staff.

That means it’s game on at Sorrento Blind Bay Community Park, John Evdokimoff Community Park, Eagle Bay Community Park and Rose Clifford Park in the North Shuswap — even if there’s still a hint of hockey season in the air.
